Benchmark is committed to protecting your privacy. This page is a placeholder; the final policy will be written once the items below are settled.

To be finalized before launch:

Data we collect (email, display name, signup source, lesson progress, attempt events, timestamps)
Analytics tool and whether a cookie/consent banner is required (privacy-friendly vs GA4)
Cookies actually set (auth/session, analytics)
Email processor (Resend) and what is sent
Hosting and sub-processors (Vercel, Supabase) and data residency
Data retention, account deletion, and data export (GDPR)
Contact address for privacy requests, and the legal entity / jurisdiction

Until then: we store only what's needed to run your account and save your learning progress, and we never sell your data.
