- Basic EPS (over weighted-average shares) and diluted EPS (which adds dilutive securities)
- Cash EPS, based on cash earnings, and accrual EPS, based on reported net income
- Domestic EPS from US operations and foreign EPS from overseas operations, reported separately
- Gross EPS, calculated on gross profit, and net EPS, calculated on the bottom line
- Pre-tax EPS, computed before income taxes, and after-tax EPS, computed on net income
